Do I need a licence to use Casino Api Pro?

Not to sign up, not to integrate, and not to run the sandbox — that is open to anyone, immediately, with no approval queue. For real-money play we do not add our own layer of approval on top of your market: whatever your jurisdiction requires is between you and it, and we take no view on which markets you choose to serve. What we will not do is tell you that requirement does not exist, because when a regulator or a payment processor asks, that answer is yours to give.

How long does integration take?

The work is your wallet endpoints and handling four response cases. Sign-up is instant and self-serve, so you can be issuing sandbox sessions within an hour. Going live depends on your own testing rather than a queue at our end.

Yes, and it does not expire. Full API access, the game launcher, webhooks and a play-money wallet. The only thing a paid plan adds is the ability to move real money. See pricing.

No. One platform integration gives you every game enabled on your account. Adding a game is a toggle in your dashboard — no new endpoints, no release on your side.

Are the games provably fair?

Yes. The server seed is committed as a SHA-256 hash before any round is played and revealed when it is rotated, so a player can recompute every round they played on it. Revealed seeds are stored append-only. How it works.

Can we change the RTP?

Not arbitrarily. RTP is a property of a versioned game release, and each round records the version it ran on — which is what makes an outcome verifiable after the fact. Where a market requires a specific configuration, that is a new release rather than a runtime setting.

Can we keep our existing player wallet?

Yes — that is the design. We never hold a balance. Every bet and win is a call to your wallet API, and paths, field names and error codes are configurable per operator, so a wallet that already speaks its own dialect usually needs no changes. Wallet integration.

What does the wallet have to guarantee?

Three things: be idempotent on our transaction id, apply the movement and record the id atomically, and answer within a bounded time. Everything else is negotiable.

What happens if our wallet times out mid-bet?

We do not guess. The transaction is left pending and we answer 504, marked retryable. You retry with the same id and it resolves — it does not create a second debit. This is the single most important behaviour to test, and the sandbox wallet can be told to time out so you can.

What currencies are supported?

Any ISO-4217 currency you enable on your account, and crypto denominations settled through your own wallet. Amounts cross the wire as decimal strings rather than JSON numbers, so nothing is lost to floating point.

In crypto, through our payment provider. You pick a plan in the dashboard, we generate an invoice, and your plan activates the moment the payment confirms on-chain. Card payment is coming.

What happens when a plan expires?

Nothing is deleted. The account drops back to sandbox — live credentials stop working, and your data, configuration and credentials stay exactly where they were. Renew and live resumes.

Only if you turn that on. By default a plan runs for the period you paid for and then stops, so a subscription cannot quietly keep charging you.

No to both, on every plan. If it stops working for you, stop paying for it.

The tenant is taken from your signed token, never from a request field. There is nothing to set and nothing to spoof, and isolation is enforced at the database layer rather than by application checks.
