Terms of Service
Last updated 29 August 2026 · Privacy Policy
1.Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between Casino Api Pro (“we”, “us”, “Casino Api Pro”) and the business that opens an account (“you”, the “Operator”).
They apply the moment you create an account, request credentials, or call the API — whichever happens first. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
These terms are not with your players. We have no contract with them, no relationship with them, and no ability to act on their accounts. Anything a player is owed is owed by you.
2.What we provide
We provide a business-to-business API that supplies casino game outcomes and the infrastructure around them: a game catalogue, game sessions, round state, a transaction ledger, webhooks and an operator dashboard (together, the “Service”).
What we do not provide, and never will under these terms:
- We do not accept players, register accounts, or verify anyone’s identity or age.
- We do not hold, receive, transmit or process player funds of any kind.
- We do not process deposits, withdrawals or payments.
- We do not offer gambling to the public.
Every movement of money happens in your wallet, in response to a request from us. We record what your wallet told us happened. Your wallet is the authority on balances, not our ledger.
3.Accounts and credentials
Sign-up is self-serve. You must give accurate details and keep them current — the contact address on the account is where we send security and service notices.
API credentials authenticate your entire account. You are responsible for keeping them secret and for everything done with them, whether or not you authorised it. In particular:
- Keep secrets server-side. A credential in a browser, a mobile binary or a public repository is disclosed.
- Rotate immediately on any suspected disclosure. Rotation and revocation are self-serve in the dashboard.
- Tell us at [email protected] if you believe a credential has leaked.
We may revoke a credential without notice if we have reason to think it is compromised. We will tell you when we do.
4.Your responsibilities as the Operator
You decide which markets you serve and on what basis. We do not add our own layer of approval on top of your market, and we take no view on which markets you choose.
What follows from that is simple: the obligations of the places you operate in are yours. Any licensing, registration, certification, taxation, advertising, age-verification, anti-money-laundering, responsible-gambling or consumer-protection requirement that applies to your business is your responsibility to identify and to meet. We are a technology supplier. We are not your compliance function and we do not advise you on it.
You are also responsible, as between us and you, for:
- The relationship with every player, including support, complaints and disputes.
- Verifying age and identity before real-money play, where that is required of you.
- The accuracy and availability of your wallet API, and the correctness of the balances it reports.
- Any regulatory reporting your market requires. We will give you the transaction and round data you need for it.
If a regulator, bank or payment provider asks us about your account, we will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.
5.Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- Break the law of a place you are operating in or targeting.
- Offer play to anyone below the legal age of the market they are in.
- Launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or process proceeds of crime.
- Deliberately target a market you are prohibited from serving, or help someone else do so.
- Misrepresent the game mathematics, the return to player, or the fairness scheme to players.
- Reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or white-label the Service other than as agreed in writing.
- Attack, probe or overload the platform, or attempt to reach another operator’s data.
- Interfere with game outcomes, or present outcomes to players as anything other than what the engine returned.
Sandbox is play money. Presenting sandbox play to anyone as real-money gambling, or taking consideration for it, is a breach of these terms.
6.Sandbox and live operation
Every account starts in sandbox. Sandbox uses play money, cannot move real value, and is free.
Live operation runs on separate credentials and is enabled per account. Before we enable it we may ask you about the markets you intend to serve and about your arrangements for them. We may decline to enable live operation, or later disable it, where we reasonably believe doing otherwise would expose us to legal, regulatory or banking risk. That is our decision about our own exposure — it is not advice about your position, and it is not a statement that your operation is or is not permitted.
Games and their mathematics are versioned. Each round records the version it was played under. We may publish new versions; we will not silently alter the mathematics of an existing one.
7.Fees
Sandbox is free. Paid plans carry a platform fee and, where agreed, a share of game revenue. The rates that apply to you are the ones in your order or written agreement; the figures on the pricing page are indicative and are not an offer.
- Fees are exclusive of any tax, which is added where applicable.
- Invoices are payable within the period stated on them.
- We may suspend the Service on material non-payment, after telling you and giving you a reasonable chance to fix it.
- We may change fees on Casino Api Pro plans with 30 days’ written notice. If you do not accept a change you may terminate before it takes effect.
8.Availability, support and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and will tell you about planned maintenance where we reasonably can. We publish live reachability at /status.
Unless your written agreement includes a service level agreement, none is implied. We do not publish an uptime percentage we cannot evidence, and no figure on this website is a contractual commitment.
We may change the Service. Where a change is backward-incompatible on an API you are using, we will give reasonable notice and, wherever practical, run the old behaviour alongside the new one for a transition period.
9.Data and privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The division is deliberate. You send us an opaque player identifier of your own choosing. We do not ask for, and you must not send us, your players’ names, addresses, dates of birth, payment details, identity documents or any other personal data. Where you choose to send a display nickname or a country code for a game feature, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so.
For data we process on your behalf, you are the controller and we are the processor. If your market requires a written data processing agreement, ask us at [email protected] and we will put one in place.
10.Intellectual property
We own the Service: the platform, the games, their artwork and mathematics, the documentation and the Casino Api Pro name and marks. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them to run games for your players while this agreement is in force, and no more.
You own your platform, your player relationships, your brand and your data. Nothing here transfers any of it to us.
You may say that you use Casino Api Pro, and use our name and logo unmodified to do so. You must not present the games as your own creation, or imply a partnership, endorsement or certification that does not exist.
11.Warranties and disclaimers
Each of us warrants that we have the authority to enter into this agreement.
We warrant that the Service will perform materially as described in our documentation, and that game outcomes are produced by the versioned engine and the published fairness scheme.
Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, that it fits any particular commercial purpose of yours, or that using it makes your operation lawful anywhere.
Nothing on this website or in our documentation is legal, regulatory, tax or financial advice.
12.Limitation of liability
Neither of us limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, neither of us is liable to the other for:
- Loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings or business opportunity.
- Indirect or consequential loss of any kind.
- Loss arising from the other party’s own failure to meet its obligations.
Our total liability in any twelve-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period. Where you are on a free plan and have paid us nothing, our aggregate liability is limited to [cap for free accounts — to be set].
You are liable for, and will indemnify us against, claims arising from your operation of your business — including any claim by a player, regulator or authority relating to whether you were permitted to offer play in a given market.
13.Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. Fees already incurred remain payable.
We may suspend or terminate, on notice where circumstances allow:
- For material breach that is not fixed within 14 days of us telling you about it.
- Immediately, where continuing would expose us or another operator to serious legal, regulatory, security or banking risk.
- Immediately, for use that breaches the acceptable use clause.
- For non-payment, after notice.
On termination your credentials stop working and open sessions are closed. Rounds already settled are unaffected — the ledger is append-only and we do not rewrite it.
We will keep your transaction and round records for as long as we are required to, and will give you an export on request during that period. The clauses that are meant to survive termination do so.
14.General
Governing law. This agreement is governed by the law of [governing jurisdiction — to be decided], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
Changes. We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice to your account contact, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new version.
Assignment. Neither party may assign this agreement without the other’s consent, except to a successor of substantially the whole of its business.
Entire agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy and any written order between us are the whole agreement, and replace anything said beforehand. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stands.
Force majeure. Neither party is in breach for a failure caused by something genuinely outside its reasonable control.
